• Custom Panel: Proprietary server management interface.
• DevSpace & DB Panel: Development environments and management tools.
• Branding: All visual design language, assets, and the "Shulker Hosting" trademark.

03 Prohibited Acts

To maintain the integrity of our platform, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to extract source code or logic.
• Derivatives: Creating unauthorized forks, ports, or adaptations.
• Scraping: Automated data collection for competitive intelligence.

04 Enforcement

We take intellectual property rights seriously. Violations of this policy will result in immediate action, which may include:

Account termination, Cease and Desist notices, civil litigation, and DMCA takedown requests. We reserve the right to pursue financial damages and injunctions for unauthorized use of our IP.
