The rules that govern listing, selling, and purchasing digital goods on the Shulker Minecraft Store.
01 Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Shulker Minecraft Store (the "Store") operated by Shulker Hosting ("we", "us", or "Shulker"). The Store allows server owners and creators to sell digital goods, virtual items, and related services ("Items"). By using the Store or listing/purchasing Items you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Store is subject to our general Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. Where conflicts arise, these Store Terms will govern for all matters related to the Store.
02 Eligibility & Account Requirements
To list or purchase Items you must have an account with Shulker. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) or have parental consent. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering and to keep your account credentials secure.
⚠️ You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
03 Store Listings & Prohibited Items
Sellers may list digital Items for sale on the Store. All listings must be truthful and comply with applicable laws, Mojang/Microsoft policies, and our Acceptable Use Policy.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Items that violate Mojang's EULA or provide unfair pay-to-win advantages.
- Pirated, stolen, or infringing content.
- Malware, cheats, hacks, or any software intended to harm systems.
- Items that violate laws or promote illegal activity.
We reserve the right to remove listings and suspend or terminate seller accounts for violations.
04 Fees, Payments & Revenue Share
The Store charges fees on transactions processed through Shulker's payment channels.

| Platform Fee | 5% of total gross revenue from each sale when funds pass through Shulker's accounts. |
| Automatic Deduction | Store deducts 5% before crediting seller's Store balance. |
| Third-Party Sales | If sale is completed outside Shulker's payment channels, the 5% fee does not apply (subject to policy compliance). |
| Taxes | Sellers are responsible for all taxes arising from their sales. |
Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice.
05 Payouts, Withdrawals & Refunds
- Payouts: Paid to seller's designated method after fees, processor fees, and chargebacks.
- Withdrawal timing: Processed according to our payout schedule.
- Chargebacks: We may withhold or reverse payouts related to disputed transactions.
- Refunds: If a refund reduces a seller's balance, we may debit the seller's account.
By using the Store, sellers authorize Shulker to deduct amounts from their balance to cover refunds, chargebacks, penalties, or legal obligations.
06 Shared Responsibility Model & Security
We operate under a Shared Responsibility Model. Security is a cooperative effort between Shulker and the user.
Shulker Responsibilities: Maintain platform security, apply updates, investigate incidents.
User/Seller Responsibilities: Use strong passwords, enable 2FA, secure uploaded Items, keep credentials secret, promptly report vulnerabilities.
⚠️ Failure by a seller to follow security best practices may result in suspension, removal of listings, or financial liability for breaches caused by seller negligence.
07 Intellectual Property, Licenses & User Content
Sellers represent and warrant that they have the rights to sell the Items they list. By listing content you grant Shulker a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and distribute the content as necessary to provide the Store services.
If you believe your IP has been infringed, please follow our DMCA reporting procedure.
08 Prohibited Conduct & Enforcement
- Manipulating Store listings, reviews, or sales metrics.
- Using stolen payment methods or facilitating fraud.
- Sharing or selling access to other users' accounts.
- Uploading malware, backdoors, or compromising code.
Violations may result in warnings, listing removals, account suspension, financial penalties, or referral to law enforcement.
09 Data, Privacy & Communications
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Store you consent to our processing of data necessary to provide Store features, process payments, and comply with legal obligations.
You agree that Shulker may send administrative messages, security notices, and transactional communications to your account email.
10 Warranties & Disclaimers
The Store and Items are provided "as is" and "as available." Shulker makes no express warranties regarding the legality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any Item sold through the Store. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and quality of their listings.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shulker's liability for claims arising from or related to the Store is limited to direct damages up to the amount of fees paid to Shulker by the affected party in the preceding 12 months. Shulker is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
12 Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Store for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse. Upon termination, outstanding obligations survive, including payment of fees, chargebacks, indemnity, and obligations relating to intellectual property and confidentiality.
13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes which cannot be amicably resolved will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
14 Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice via the platform or email. Continued use of the Store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
