Since GoSyntech provides Minecraft hosting services, all users must adhere to Mojang’s policies, ensuring that their hosted servers do not violate the EULA. This includes, but is not limited to, the prohibition of pay-to-win mechanics, unauthorized monetization of in-game content, or distributing modified game files that breach Mojang's intellectual property rights.
GoSyntech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made signifies acceptance of the updated Terms. Please review this document periodically to stay informed of any changes.
2. Account Creation and Maintenance
To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. The following conditions apply to account creation:
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to register.
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions
GoSyntech offers one-time purchases and subscription plans. By making a purchase, you agree to:

- Review and understand the refund policy before completing transactions.
- Comply with the terms associated with any promotional offers.
Subscriptions are subject to auto-renewal unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription settings in your account dashboard.
5. Hosting Policies
When hosting a Minecraft server, the following rules apply:
- Only official Minecraft server jar files are permitted. Custom or unauthorized files are strictly prohibited.
- Hosting malicious software or malware is a severe violation and may lead to account suspension, termination, or legal action.
- If a server remains inactive for more than 15 days, it will be automatically deleted to optimize resource allocation.
- Trying to access / do something wrong with others' servers is strictly prohitibted. if foun, your account and all your servers will be instantly terminated.
Users are advised to back up important data regularly. GoSyntech is not responsible for data loss due to inactivity or non-compliance with hosting rules.
6. Security Measures
GoSyntech prioritizes platform security to protect user data and services. However, users must also adhere to the following security guidelines:
- Use strong, unique passwords for your account.
- Enable two-factor authentication (if available).
- Do not share your account credentials with others.
- Report any suspected security breaches immediately.
Unauthorized access, hacking attempts, or distribution of malicious software will result in immediate account termination and may involve legal action.
7. Intellectual Property
The content, design, and trademarks on GoSyntech's platform are the exclusive property of GoSyntech. Users may not copy, distribute, or use this content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use is subject to legal action.
8. Feedback and Suggestions
Users are encouraged to provide feedback to improve our services. By submitting feedback, you grant GoSyntech the right to use, modify, and implement your suggestions without any obligation or compensation.
9. Promotions and Contests

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana.

12. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
GoSyntech guarantees a 90.86% uptime for its hosting services, subject to the following conditions:
12.1 Uptime Commitment
- The uptime percentage is calculated on a monthly basis.
- Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or downtime due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, power outages beyond our control, network provider failures) will not be counted as downtime.
- If uptime falls below 90.86%, affected users may be eligible for compensation in the form of service credits, as determined by GoSyntech.
12.2 Exclusions
The SLA does not apply in cases where downtime is caused by:
- User misconfiguration or improper use of the service.
- Third-party software failures, including unauthorized modifications to hosted files.
- Violations of GoSyntech's Hosting Policies.
- Cyberattacks, including but not limited to DDoS attacks, that exceed our mitigation capabilities.
12.3 Liability
- GoSyntech is fully responsible for the reliability and operation of its hosting services.
- However, GoSyntech is not responsible for any loss of data, business interruptions, or financial losses caused by service downtime.
- Users are advised to maintain regular backups of their important data.
12.4 Compensation
If GoSyntech fails to meet the 90.86% uptime guarantee, users can request service credits, calculated as follows:
- Uptime between 85% and 90.86% → 10% of monthly hosting credit.
- Uptime below 85% → 25% of monthly hosting credit.
- Compensation requests must be submitted within 7 days after the affected period.
